This message is about the evolvement process that Earth is experiencing at this time. The only way Mother Earth can evolve into a more spiritual existence is for all Earthlings to finally realize that there are other Beings out there and for us to physically see them. Plus we need to realize we cannot control them, they cannot control us and part of the Divine Plan is that we come together, cooperate with each other and live in harmony in our galaxy and universe. The Time Travelers Project came into existence to assist the dimensional change that is occuring at the third dimensional level. Would you think that God would just change everything instantaneously without making it a process that we must go through?
Take the example of a Mother/Father and their child. Parents know they can't do everything for a child. The child needs to learn lessons their entire lives to live in this third dimensional world. Thereby the parents have to let a child make mistakes in order to learn the lessons correctly. When the parents see the child making the same mistake again and again, then it is the parents responsibility to step in and change the scenario. God has decided She/He/Love won't let us make the same mistake again of not evolving as we should have done in our past. God is changing the scenario and that is why the dimensional change is occuring and that is being assisted by the Time Travelers Project from Future Earth to assure our souls viable lives in the 6450 AD time frame.

It explains what the PLANET X really is. What will occur is to teach us so we finally learn that we Earthlings are not the only Beings in this great galaxy, universe, and now universes. That is part of dissolving conceptual delusions and bringing us all together as One.

Captain LaQuido here. "Good morning. As I have told you previously, I am one of the commanders of the Galactic Federation's fleet of starships. This particular rank would be comparable to being a commander of a fleet of nuclear submarines in the South Pacific, for instance. I am connected with many star ships.
Commander LaQuido continues, saying "We're giving Lady K a break this morning. This is more of the phenomena that we keep speaking of. This is one of our great starships, which to you appears as a planet. Now keep in mind that there are many of these and you have given them many names. Also keep in mind that these are refurbished and recycled dead planets, and they are navigational-we steer them; we move them. So at one point in time you see this object in this particular photo near the Sun and you ask, is it Planet X, Tetros, Nibiru, the Phoenix, etc., and you wonder, what is this? Now, this object is non-orbital. We fly it. It appears in many places in your sky, and it can be the same object seen over and over in many different locations. It can change colors as well, depending upon what type of energy we are using, as well as the type of energy 'beltway' that we are navigating along. It works the same as a crystal that is clear but sparks different colors depending upon the light refraction. And when you stop to consider that we have a fleet of these types of objects, you are going to have a difficult time keeping up with us. You are not going to be able to do it.
And this is why we say, when you ask if this is Planet X, Nibiru, the New Jerusalem, the Phoenix, etc., we say yes, because categorically speaking you are correct, but you are using the names interchangeably. At times you are giving the same object many names because you are seeing it in different parts of the sky, and because the color has refracted you think it is a different object. Now the smaller objects around the large one in the photograph are the smaller ships of course. We have told you before that the Sun is not hot that is merely your perception. We have also told you that the ozone layer was constructed by us to protect the life forms out here from your energy field, which we have considered to be quite hostile."
This makes total sense to me from what my prophet friend Jessie told me about the PLANET X. As I shared with you in one of the other messages. It is camouflaged to appear as a planet but is not a true planet as we know it..The information that Jessie gave me about the CIA is that they've been involved with extraterrestrials since the Roswell UFO crash or perhaps before that. Jessie worked for the CIA doing remote viewing up to Feb. of 2002. He passed on from spleen cancer in Oct. of 2002. He described in detail seven different types of ETs he saw personally in CIA underground quarters in New Mexico when he was working for them. Our government as well as other governments have kept all of this secret but the Law of Disclosure from the Galactic Federation is now in effect and that means governments will no longer be allowed to be deceptive and not give accurate information when it is requested. There are many Time Travelers out there forcing the truth to come out in all areas that affect our lives.
What is coming to me is that we are being prepared for the "First Contact" of extraterrestrials (ETs). That is why Steven Spielberg brought us Close Encounters of the Third Kind and George Lucas brought us Star Wars. Since I have Future Memory and there is a dimensional change occuring, I KNOW that the first physical contact from extraterrestrials (ETs) is about to occur and it can no longer be covered up by a government. That is what the PLANET X is all about since it is a great starship. Why would I have been led to make a spur-of-the-moment trip to Devil's Tower Monument in Wyoming and felt compelled to watch the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind again when I returned home??? It's all part of the Divine Plan to educate ME to educate YOU about the appearance of extraterrestrials to mankind. Watch the movie and you'll see why I felt compelled to go to Devil's Tower. The mothership (UFO) is so incredibly beautiful in the movie and that is why it is called a "great starship" by Commander LaQuido. A friend told me he was a starship commander in another lifetime. There are many ways that this information is being validated to me.
That is why the entire Time Travelers Project was created. It was God's call to recruit all of us that would play the roles needed to bring the dimensional change into being. There are large roles such as the producers Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, and Stephen Simon have played to bring the concepts of "ET first contact", "world's beyond our world", and "time travel" into our minds. It has all been a process of educating us so we would not be surprised at what we see when the ETs come to visit us. Another large role is one that Christopher Reeve has played, having a serious accident, becoming paralyzed. and that we don't have to settle for that any longer. It's all about determination to see the third dimensional life in a different way that brings a new dimension into being. It's all about our thought processes changing. It is time for many Beings to make contact. That is part of the evolvement and dimensional change that is occuring. We all have to live in the world that God created for us and now we are making an incredible leap up the evolutionary ladder in all ways - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. That is why the Indigos are so intelligent and they are and will be changing what our world is presenting to them. The waves of energy and strange feelings people are experiencing are coming from the dimensional change that is affecting us both spiritually and physically.
Now it has become so clear to me why I came back from the "other side" . My role as a teacher helped me to give the information about the PLANET X and the messages were a prerunner and practice for me to do the education process.. Then came the Time Travelers Project information that was coming to me. The PLANET X, the Time Travelers Project, and the ETs finally arriving, as well as the dimensional change occuring are all tied in together within the Divine Plan.
